The City of Pacifica is preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Beach Boulevard Infrastructure Resiliency Project. We invite the public to submit written comments on the scope and content of the EIR, particularly regarding potentially significant environmental issues, reasonable alternatives, and mitigation measures. You’re also invited to a virtual public scoping meeting to learn about the environmental review process and provide oral comments.

What to Expect:
• Project background: the Project Team will describe the purpose, features, and amenities of the project, including rationale for major design criteria.
• Environmental Review Process: learn about the environmental review/California Environmental Quality Act process, including topics anticipated to be addressed in the environmental impact report (EIR).
• Project Team Engagement: provide oral comment and ask questions concerning the scope of the EIR to City Staff and the Project Team.
