Recology Weekly Recycling Begins January 2017– On Monday, October 24, 2016, the City Council approved an extension (until December 31, 2022) of services from Recology of the Coast, our Solid Waste Collection service provider. As a result of the extension, Recology of the Coast: 1) will not increase rates during calendar year 2017; and 2) will increase service pickups of recyclable materials from biweekly to weekly beginning January 1, 2017, at no additional cost. The City looks forward to continuing its relationship with Recology of the Coast.
