Plan your private party at the Jean E. Brink Pool. Birthdays, family gatherings, sports team celebrations or excuse will do!
Cost: $185.00 per hour with a 2-hr. minimum (up to 50 people)
$30.00 per hour for each additional 25 people
All parties must be paid in full at the time of your reservation. No refunds. We will reschedule your event at no cost with 2 weeks' notice.
Prices are based on the total number of participants in the facility (swimming or not). Adjustments to the number of participants may only be made before the party through the Aquatic Department. Equipment available for use includes tables, chairs, and balls at the facility. Participants must leave the building at the end of the agreed time.
Availability: Pool is available on Saturdays after 3:30 pm and Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm pm only. Minimum rental is two hours and must include time for changing, breakdown, etc. We will allow you to come in 30 minutes early to setup. You, your guests, and all of your belongings must be out by the end of your pool party.
Reservation Requirements: Reservations must be made 14 days prior to the date requested and full payment of fees must be made at the pool office when reserving your date.

Rules Governing the Use of Oceana Pool by Private Groups
- All participants and spectators must abide by the pool rules as posted at the facility.
- Tables, food and drink, will be allowed on the pool deck ONLY.
- No diving off the starting blocks.
- No glass containers or bottles are allowed in the facility.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the facility or on the campus.
- No smoking is allowed in the facility or on the campus.
- User groups are responsible for clean-up at the end of their activity.
- The pool staff will have final say on settling any issues, should they arise.
- Children 6 & under or less than 48" tall must be accompanied one on one by an adult in the water at all times.
- Coast Guard Approved Lifejackets are approved in the pool. A parent must be with the participant wearing the life jacket at all times. We also have lifejackets, just ask a Lifeguard for one.
- No balloons! Our ventilation system could "inhale" the balloons which would cause a costly break down of the system.
- All swimmers are required to take a swim test if they wish to swim anywhere past the shallow end of the pool or go off the diving boards.
