Per the City of Pacifica's Administrative Policy No.16, a city employee is prohibited from receiving individual gifts (i.e., gift certificate) from outside donors solely in connection with his/her employment. Gifts that may be shared with other city employees (i.e., plate of cookies) are allowed.
